This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

3. Service Access and License

PatternAuto.com provides access to its services through either subscription plans or one-time purchases. The specific features and access rights are determined by your chosen payment plan.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

For one-time payment purchases, due to the nature of digital products, PatternAuto.com cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted.

For monthly and yearly subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will automatically terminate. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your current billing period.

5. Service Availability and Updates

While we strive to ensure the Service is available at all times, we make no guarantees about its availability or uptime. We reserve the right to make changes, updates, or improvements to the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PatternAuto.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

In any case, our entire liability under any provision of these terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Service. If no amount was paid, our liability is limited to $100.

7. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach any security measures.

PatternAuto.com is not responsible for any user-generated content or how users choose to use the Service. You retain full responsibility for your data and how you use our Service.

8. Billing and Payments

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information. Prices for the Service may change at any time, but we will notify active subscribers of any price changes before they take effect.

For subscription services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. If we are unable to charge your payment method, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

9. General Terms and Governing Law

You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and PatternAuto.com as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of PatternAuto.com.

These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where such jurisdiction cannot be excluded by law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
